As these are made-to-order products, production time can vary between 3 and 7 business days. After production, delivery time will depend on the destination and the chosen carrier.

What if my product arrives damaged?
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us by email at suporte@impressidea.com within 7 calendar days of receipt, sending photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You can cancel or change your order within 4 hours of purchase. After this period, production will begin and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
